Can I get an advise how to find a job that earns around 4000 R.M in KL .
I have 8 years of customer service, team management, aviation.
I speak Arabic and French. does it help? Thank you.

As an employment pass is only issued more easily for those earning more than 8k the issue isn't work but getting an employment pass.5 to 8k more hassles then there is a new lower limit to 2.5k for a shorter pass.
4k is too little in KL to survive.
