Does anybody knows about student visa? Guidelines stated that if i have received a degree qualification from Australia i would be exempted from the IELTS test. I have a degree from an Australian university, RMIT. However the campus i attended was in Singapore ie was doing a long distance degree programme. Is this considered qualified under the exemption?

Not sure about that. What i know is that you get exempted only if you have studied in an English medium environment withing the period of two years (UK & USA). I have studied in a college that is affiliated to one of the reputable universities in UK but i couldn't get exempted because i am living in the middle east, so i had to do IELTS UKVI all over again.
