I live in Belize city I am a truck driver and looking for to relocate to Canada, does any one knows about If I would need a Visa to enter, or how can I apply for a work permit as Truck driver or how can I apply for a job.

You can go to the Canadian Immigration website - http://www.cic.gc.ca - and look at immigrating to Canada. It will give you all the details on how to apply to immigrate to Canada. You do not want to just come without having the proper paperwork or you will be turned back at the border.
