My friend, Nihari and halwa puri would be a dream in Istanbul. I have two packs of Shan nihari masala at my friend's place. Lol

As a second though I would highly recommend Turkish Payyas, called " Paca". I tell you they are amazing. I used to eat them while I was in Gaziantep and K.Maras. I heard they are available some where on the Asian side.

Well, never been a big fan of Siri Paye, but definitely into trying new foods, so next time I guess its time to try Paca!
