I am wondering if there are compounds that can be visited by expats, without being signed in by a resident?
For example: Can I visit Arizona golf course, if I don't live there? Can I visit Cordoba and use the pool or tennis courts?

unfortunately no you cannot visit and use the facilities without being signed in by resident
