Santander: Surface Pro 3 help

Hi,
I'm working remotely and living in Santander. The charger for my Surface Pro laptop has broken and I have work documents on the laptop I need to access. I was wondering if anyone who lives in Santander has a charger I could borrow to get the documents off?

Or, failing that, if anyone can tell me where I can buy a new charger for the Surface Pro?

As mentioned above, this is an old topic, but valid for new readers as I suspect there's more than a few with the same problem.
The problem is the daft tablet design because they use non standard plugs.
A normal laptop has a standard range of plugs, so a broken PSU isn't much more than a minor pain, but they use a weird thing you can't easily buy.

For future reference, try to buy a laptop with USB charging, such as all the new quad core mobile processors.
A busted power supply is only a standard five Volt, two amp USB charger away from being sorted out.
