Dear All,
I am researching to open an international bank account in Ho chi Minh.
I am receiving salary in USD and would like to be able to transfer USD to EURO bank account with low transferring fee through internet banking.
Does anyone have experience with this?
which bank has overall low fees and high interest % per year?
Would you recommend HSBC, CITYBANK, SACOMBANK or any other?

you can try payoneer
you register the account and the card , link the payment account in to your payoneer account, once they sent you the card and you can withdraw at any atm with master symbol on it.
anywhere anytime around the world. (you can check the transfer fee on the website)
