Dear All,
Just joined my new position in Luanda.
The company has provided the car, but i donot have driving license of Luanda (Just tried myself to go out today and paid 2000 to police officer)... anyone can advise, how can i get the driving license of Angola, quickly, and the estimated cost.
BTW, i have pakistani and UAE driving License.
