Hi Becanty,

Welcome on board :)

I have created a new thread as from your post on the Malta Forum for better visibility and interaction :)

Thank you

Maximilien

It is difficult to give a decent answer to your question as you address two different areas 1) IT and 2) Opening a school.

Schools are highly regulated in Malta ( including IT schools ) and there is a lot of competition around through private and state-run (MCAST) IT schools. Malta has invested a lot into training youngsters in IT in connection with promises made connected to the ( failed ?) Smart City Malta development. I'm not so sure about the quality of the Maltese candidates as it seems that most of the IT specialists working in Malta are recruited from abroad.

Software development would certainly be an area of expertise to suit the Maltese market. There might be a market to give on the job training in new developments and techniques and work with gaming companies looking to further qualify their staff. JUst a thought.

Cheers
Ricky

Coding boot camps are all the rage overseas but we don't have any here as far as I know. If you manage to get igaming and payment clearing companies on board as partners and possibly promote your academy abroad you stand a good chance of succeeding.
