I am coming to Belize in Nov. (2015) and need to know if I use a Charles Schwab debit card at an Atlantic Bank or Scotia Bank will I pay a charge over and above the regular ATM fee? I have heard there is a "service charge" also, based as a percentage of the withdrawl amount??

All our Schwab bank fees were reimbursed at the end of the month. I don't remember a service charge being added on---but that was 2 years ago...
