Manageable savings for 19700 AED per month

Hi,
I have received an offer for working in Abu Dhabi for 19700 AED per month. This includes housing allowance and basic salary, telephone+car+parking allowance. Up and above this the company is offering medical insurance for family and return ticket to origin per year as also a furnishing allowance of 15000 once in 5 years.

I am aware that housing rental is the most expensive outflow per month, I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment closer to work location, fully furnished with preferably a washing machine, kitchen appliances,etc. I and my wife would be moving (no kids) and I am looking at basic utilities like food, internet expenses ,etc per month.

Is this a good package and can I manage about 5000 AED savings per month?
