public transportation fares (tube, bus etc ...)>>>>very very cheap about 20 YR which is equivalent to 20 sen $

Hi,
Am planning to switch over to yemen, is that safe to relocate in these recent days.
what about the cost of living (food, accomodation as a flat, transportation, etc.,)
