Hi,
When is PCC required? Is it after getting the medical clearance certificate? Is it a standard requirement before the employer applies the working visa?
I need some guidance.

Police clearance is a step to obtain governmental approval. Medical clearance is separate.
However there are two basic medical clearances required for employment.
pre-employment medical test (Usually required by employer)
HIV test required in order to obtain residence
