Don't like your chances of finding work. Cannot extend a visa. If on a student visa you can extend this if you are undertaking another course as a student.

Students can only work 20 hours per week, must have proof of sufficient funds.

Most jobs require some sort of experience and with unemployment rising locals will get preference for jobs.

what about changing the visa inside Australia to other type ?

Near impossible to do. Most visa changes have to be done outside Australia and usually through an Embassy closest to you in your country of origin.
