Sponsorship transfer

Although there is no rule which secures the rights of the expatriates in this regard, but if she has her own visa, she's more likely to get transferred. Her Employer will allow her to switch jobs. But if visa was arranged by her Kafeel (On his expenses) it is less likely that they will release her. If she wants to switch job, she have to go on Final Exit and take another visa to come again

As of now, iqama transfer can be done without sponsor's permission in the following cases :

1. If the salary is not paid on time
2. The sponsor's is in Red or Yellow category
3. Employment is not provided
