Considering that family visa cannot be issued/applied unless you completed 6months of your stay in Oman, in this case is it possible to get a Family Visit visa for spouse and kid (2 years) within 1st 03 months or right after issuance of resident permit in Oman..?. Assuming that sponsor has no problem and can issue a letter in favor of employee.

Your post is unclear. What exactly is your query ?
Any new expatriate is mandated to register himself / herself within 30-days of arrival.
The 6-month waiting rule for family joining does not apply for all expatriates and exceptions do exist, as has been mentioned numerous times in the forum.
It is best that you post your queries to your company Admin Department / P.R.O. as they would be the best ones to guide and advice you.
