I have some queries about the visa process for employment visa in singapore .
the final year mark sheet and degree certificate enough to get visa or do i need to have transcripts as well ?
because if we apply transcript it will take 1 month time so thse documents will help or MOM will decide something ?

Normally the certificate is sufficient.
If MoM has any doubts or needs more details, they will ask for additional documents.

If MOM asking transcript as well then it will take around 20-25 days so will wait or just will check with University and approve or they will denied
