Hi..I am from India. I moved to hungary with my husband. I have a resident permit till december. Now I want to have a work permit.I am an IT professional.Can someone help me with the procedure?

If your husband is not an EU citizen, and your current visa does not include a work permit, then you will have to apply for a work visa via the normal available options:
- get a local employer to request a work visa for you
- apply for an entrepreneur visa
- Investor bond program residency

If you mean will they apply for a work visa for you, I do not know. You should ask them. And be transparent with them about your work status, else they may assume you have the right to work in Hungary.
