Hi I am Canadian and recently moved to the Glasgow area. It's been a few years and I thought I would reach out to other Canadians living aboard in Scotland. How do you cope with the homesickness every now and then?! lol I went home last year but ....I must admit I am missing those lovely hot summers in southern Ontario. However, Scotland is a beautiful country and I love it here for the most part...just these wee bouts of homesickness. Anyway, here is a cheery hello! Just call me Jewelz. x

Hey Jewelz,

I moved to Edinburgh from Ontario about two and half months ago. I haven't been homesick yet because I haven't been here very long, and I love Edinburgh, but I'm also missing those hot Southern Ontario summers! I hear you can find poutine in Glasgow, so I think I need to make my way up there sometime soon!
