It would be very useful to talk about the cost of living in Laos.

How much does it cost to live in Laos?

I live in Vientiane and will try to answer some of the questions to the best of my knowledge
Accommodation range from $250 a month for share to $2000 a month for 4 bdrom house.
I use tuktuks to get to centre of town cost $6 one way for 15 minute trip
Food cost is cheap if you eat at local outlets. My cost is $1000 a month to feed 4 adults and 2 children
Doctor cost around $50 a visit including medicine
Education costs me $7500 a year to keep 3 kids in private school.
Power $250 a month
Internet I have a flash drive modem prepaid cost $25 a month
Beer $1 for large bottle
$20 for good meal.
