I am thinking of taking a Sales Manager position with a company in Abu Dhabi,
The offer is going to be 254000 AED plus car, furnished rental accomodation and a performance related bonus.
I have a partner and two children, she will not be working and I wanted to know if this is a good salary as I'm not sure on costs of living.
Should I ask for flights home to UK 3-4 times a year to be included or is that asking too much, what sort of holiday entitlement is normal in UAE?

Normally it's once a year flight , you can ask for flight tickets for you and your family which is given by some companies . The salary is ok if your kids aren't going to schools ;If they are; you shall calculate your expected expenses putting that in mind after deciding which school they are going to attend .

How old are your children? School fees can be up to 60k AED pa so you need to factor that into your expenses, or check what the allowance is.
Also, when you say partner, do you mean wife? I think you might have problems with sponsorship if you're not married.
Most people get one return flight each year.
