I'm Looking for a Draftsman, 2 HSE Supervisors, Cost control technician/engineer,
Geometry Coordinator, Façade Coordinator andRoof Coordinator to work in New Tripoli International Airport Project.

Roof Coordinator
Job Description & Requirements:
- Architect/Engineer
- +/- 5 Years of site Experience in Standing Seam Roof System
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills in English
- Previous experience in a multinational reputable consultant / construction firms in the same filed is preferable
- creativity and an innovative approach to solving problems
- The Roof Coordinator is asked to coordinate designs, construction details, Fabrications and Installations

Façade Coordinator
Job Description & Requirements:
- Architect/Engineer
- +/- 5 Years of site Experience in Façade
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills in English
- Previous experience in a multinational reputable consultant / construction firms in the same filed is preferable
- creativity and an innovative approach to solving problems
- The Façade Coordinator is asked to coordinate the preparation of the QA/QC document by the Façade subcontractor, work with the Façade manager and supervise and coordinate the site work

Geometry Coordinator
Job Description & Requirements:
- Architect
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Rhinoceros and AutoCAD
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills in English
- Previous experience in a multinational reputable consultant / construction firms in the same filed is preferable
- creativity and an innovative approach to solving problems
- The Geometry Coordinator is asked to superpose 3D model over 3D model to verify if geometries are respected between roof, façade and structure. She/he will have to coordinate façade, concrete and roof details.

2 CAD Drafter Technician (Draftsman) are needed in the NEW Tripoli International Airport Project
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a CAD Drafter with contractors, handling complex building (Airport, Hotels...etc)
- Excellent knowledge in the latest AutoCAD Software versions; Expert in AutoCAD
- Aptitude to attend to basic trouble-shooting of software desirable.
- Be a self starter and shall be capable to work with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of international drawing standards and symbols and ensuring Project CAD Standards and/or QMS standards and procedures are maintained.
- Good command of English Language

Cost control technician/engineer
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in cost engineering or in the construction industry.
- Good MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables, databases, reports, etc)
- Good English spoken/written

HSE Coordinator/Supervisor
Individual will implement project HSE plan and procedures on the field. Position requires supervisory experience. Position will report to the HSE Manager and will have frequent contact with site engineers and supervisors. The position will involve providing training for HSE officers.
Qualifications/Skills:
Individual must have a “Spirit of Service” disposition regarding clients and co-workers.  Must be a team player with characteristics of leadership, determination and self-confidence all the while maintaining humbleness and simplicity. 
•    10 to15 years HSE experience in heavy civil and commercial building construction
•    Certification in Occupational Safety & Health major preferred
•    Expert knowledge of OSHA, EPA and/or NEBOSH and related guidelines required
•    Experience in developing and implementing site safety, environmental programs
•    Goal-oriented individual with well-developed communication and computer skills.
•    Some training experience needed
•    Must be self-motivated individual who works well under pressure and willing to work shifts or long hours
•    Works well independently and in a team environment
•    Ability to recognize and assess hazards and find a solution
•    Able to effectively manage and influence onsite safety staff and engineers
•    Fluent English
