My flight will be jeddah- Dubai- phillipines but I want to stay for only days in Dubai can I ask the immigration to give a tourist visa upon arrival n Dubai?

If you are flying with Emirates, you can apply through their website.

Alternatively, you can contact one of the hotels where you plan to stay in Dubai to issue you a visa.

Lastly, if you know anyone in Dubai, they can issue for you a visa through a travel agent.

If you are in possession of one of the 33 visa exempt free passport then you're good to go.
