The next year I would like to send my daughter to school in Phnom Penh, Unfortunately those I watched, and that who has an international curriculum, are objectively out of reach than my budget (ISPP, NORTHBRIDGE, etc.)
Do you know a school that is the right balance between quality and cost of education?

There are a lot of international schools in PP. Of course ISPP and Northbridge are quite excellent but also expensive. There are some other schools I can recommend for you. It is purely based on my personal experience:
Footprints International School
iCan British International School
Nira International School
I strongly suggest you visit the schools by yourself and meet up with the director there to gather more information.
