2. Is any official site available
3. Is any agency available in India. Mumbai
4. Is pro metric exam required
5. Are nurses entitled for family visa

None of you checked with HR department in ROP headquarter ?
In my opinion this department is the concerned department for recruiting ROP staff in various directorates including the hospital itself

They have only website concerned about services they offer in general. It has no link 'CAREER" link
But if you know anybody in Oman you can send him your papers and he will visit them physically to have more information
