Hi I got married after i joined in job with government sector in Saudi arabia, i wanted to apply Visa to my husband, is it compulsory to add his name in my passport before i apply visa for him, if it is yes, how i can add his name from saudi arabia, becz i cant go to india now.

No, you don't need to add him to your passport. You need an attested marrige certificate and you can apply online if your profession and income allow you to.
