What should be my ground if i want to start filing my annulment.
I found out 7 years ago that my husband is a bisexual and he meet different kind of man in a gay website.
I get his password on that gay site and start keeping track on their exchange messages with those me he love to meet. Is this chat history can help as one of my evidence?
He has a boyfriend now, and he brought his bf at home and to think our son is living with us. So i decided to move to other house together with the plans of getting annument.
But it confuses me with regards to our mariage record, how can i file an annulment for a non existing mariage in NSO??
Our record is just in local registry until now. And its been more than 15 years.
Im seeking advice here if anybody knows here a very reliable lawyer in cebu.

How to get annulment ?
Hi kasal po ako sa asawa ko noong dec 2012. Pero gusto ko na po sana makipaghiwalay sa kanya. Paano po kaya ang gagawin ko dito. Matanda po un wife ko sa akin ng 17 yrs i was 21 ng knsal ako s knya. 3 years p lng po kami kasal at s tatlo taon nmin na kasal halos 9 mons lng kami ngsama.. mkkpgprocess po ba ko ng annulment. Sa civil po kami kinasal. Sa mayor. Hindi na rin po ako masaya sa relasyon namin. Dahil sa malayo sya sakin.at nawalan na rin ako ng pgmamahal sa kanya. Gusto ko na po makipaghiwalay pero ayaw po ng babae. Kaya nahihirapan po ako kung anu ang dapat ko gawin.Thank u :-)
