Hi,
a friend recommended Mitau -- can anyone recommend other places for hue food? I used to live near a little hold in the wall place and really enjoy it.
I've been to the places behind banh tan market, going through the salon alley way. Maybe a place that doesn't water down the fish sauce or hold back the chilies?

You talk about Ben Thanh market aren't you. I know a restaurant near Ben Thanh name Nam Giao. It special on Hue dishes and other middle of VIetnam Dishes.

Bun Bo Hue Xua is my favorite for Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. I like that it opens 24/7 and the old style decoration of this place. It's very tasty. Moreover the price's quite local, 25.000 VND for the normal bow and 35.000VND for the special one.
