1.Is it allowed for my son to study in NL and living with my husband's house ?  ( My husband said it's allowed ) as my husband doesnt have a job right now   My husband have supported by IOAW .

2. If its allowed by government , what should we need to do next ? so my son would be able to studying in NL ?

3.  Would you like to give us some informs about schools etc ? my son is studying in Senior High School for computer IT programme great 12 now , in Jakarta Indonesia.

Bedankt !

If youre son have a full pasport of the netherlands he can stay in the netherlands. The BSN number is just a unice personal information of youre son date, birth, birhtplace, age but its not a full pasport yet-Internationaal students also use a BSN number for ther education in the netherland temporary staying-most time they get a visum for a couple months.I think youre son have the oppertunity to full fill his education-Its better to ask the Gemeente-or the immigration for more information how long youre son can stay in the netherlands

1.It can be allowed but most time youre husband finance will be cutt in half etc,if youre son also have a income for education in the netherlands etc for him self. They calculate both incomes etc.

2.You go to the gemeente sign up youre son and sign up youre son for adecation school he choose to go,And he can get a study finance: http://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen … rland.html

3. http://www.hbostart.nl/http://www.uu.nl/bachelors/enhttp://www.kiesjestudie.nl/master10674- … iness.htmlhttp://www.uva.nl/en/home

Thank you for your informations .... its vety helpfull :)

Youre welcome  :)

Dear Sussie,

he can only study in The Netherlands if he has a Dutch passport or Dutch green card where it is listed that he is allowed to study.

The BSN nummer it self does not have values for stay. I.e. people from europe working temporarily in Holland but do not stay will get such a number

Interesting to know how he did get his BSN number?

You get a BSN number when you register with the Gemeente; everybody living in Holland does that.  The BSN number does not infer any specific rights, just lets you open a bank account, register at a doctor and pay your taxes - things like that.  If you're a Dutch citizen, it's printed in your passport.

Hi

Your son will now to have to apply for verification under Law before he can stay in the Netherlands. See the ind website about how to do this. BSN is not residency just registration.
