There are several hotels...
1. Talwar (Indian Restaurant) - Corniche, Khobar ------ Expensive.
2. Applebees - Corniche, Khobar ------- Expensive
You can also search on Tripadvisor and get some more suggestions....

last weekend I was in Mexican restaurant "alchico" in Dammam at chonrinch side. good one.
and there are many restaurants in ALkhobar at chornaich side like Piato "Italian restaurant", outback, chillies , applepees ...
