There are no such thing as inexpensive colleges here in the US. The least expensive will be state universities but you need to establish residency (legal) in that state for a period of time before applying and then it still will not be "inexpensive" but the cost will be less than not having residency or going to a private school.

Just for tuition, books and fees alone you are probably in excess of $25,000-$30,000 a year.

wow... that's so much, is there no institution where i can school and work? so i can be paying my fees gradually and not once.

You will have to check the individual programs and see what it what. Many work and go to school at the same time (I did it) but your tuition is due before the classes begin.
