And rest I agree with hamudi, it will really require very precision engineering considering the sophisticated cars which are being manufactured these days. Guess the total cost would be more than the actual cost of the vehicle.

I think you can consider to buy right hand directly from Japan , they have auctions online and all the details about the car are properly documented plus they will also take care of the shipment

South Africa has quite a few left hand drive cars....I see no problem.
