Maybe you can us a few things about Vietnamese culture, your interests and leisure 
To improve your english, it will be better to drop an advert in the Language Exchange in Ho Chi Minh City section of the website.

I will try to write an advert and drop in there.
My hobby is reading books, cooking, traveling, watching movies...I sure many people like same me. And it's not only Vietnam culture.
I will go to beauty salon for nail on Saturday, then go to massage. After that I will go to have lunch with many seafoods. Vietnamese call its " quán ốc". Sometimes I will go to drinks boba tea, watching movies in the cinema with my friends or my family. In the evening sometimes I will go to drinking with my friends and talk with them until morning..it's my interests and will do everyweek.
