Question about travelling to KSA

My family and I are soon to travel to KSA from the UK where my husband will be working for a few years. I've done a lot of research and browsed a lot of forums and I'm looking forward to the move and more than willing to respect the differences in culture and enjoy the experience.

BUT I do have one question I can find no answer to. I'll just be plain here, I have a nipple piercing, I'm not at the stage where I can change the stainless steel bar to plastic. Whilst this have never caused any issues flying around the west I worry about causing a stir/issue in going through Saudi airport security when we leave the country. We are frequent travellers.

is this something I actually need to worry about?
