Looking for a job in Turkey, really need some advices=)

I am from Hong Kong, got a Bachelor of Arts degree with translation (between English and Chinese) and Spanish as my majors. I have been working as an English teacher for almost 2 years, and I am now looking for a job in Turkey. Will it be very difficult for me to find a job there?

Actually, I'd love to teach English there, but since I am a Chinese (Hong Kong is a bilingual city though) and I don't really speak Turkish, I don't know if I can get a teaching post in Turkey. Can anyone give me some advice? cok tesekurler=)
