@ year ban is applicable for Family Visa?

hi everyone can anyone tell me is this 2 year ban is applicable for family visa ( as my wife is on dependant visa,) she wish to exit the country and come back on employment visa. so i just want to know whether she need to complete full 2 years and need NOC from my sponsor or no?

Hi placidojoe,

The 2-year rule is only applicable for employed expatriates. But since the local expat labour laws are so inconsistent it would be better for you to check what is the latest on this, through your company PRO.

no your wife does not need a noc , to rejoin on employment visa. i have experienced the same, only thing needed is the visa cancelled with ur sponsor's sign. thats it, get the copy of visa cancel stamp on passport. my wife got the employment visa with this action. good luck.
