Hello.
it depends on what you are able to do except speaking language. I'm living close to Trieste.
Honestly it's not easy to find a job in Italy without speaking the language.
Anyway the good news for you is that if you learn Italian, then it's easy because slovenian is very requested in Trieste.
The other good news it that Trieste is an international city, so you will find many people speaking English.
