Hi, Would like to know is there any way to get in touch with Singaporeans living in Cebu. I am planning to settle down there sometime in Feb 2016. But would like to get to know you guys before my visit.Thanks Raymond

Hi , My name is Terence and have been in and out of Cebu last 10 years. Practically having a family there too and doing some biz there too but I do go backoften 3 times a year.
