How do i make a license to import goods in Mauritius.
I want to import beauty products and sell them here.

No licence required only some documentation for registration and the job wil be done

Licenses are usually required for larger quantities. Ministry of Commerce will most likely help you without the need of a middle-man

you may need to check for either import duty to pay or TVA if the volumes and turnover perhaps deem it necessary to be TVA registered.

I have last week processed an import license, usually license is require for purchase value exceeding 30000 MUR, best is to contact a clearing agent, they will be able to process entire permit application, also keep one thing in mind, import license needs to be availed before shipping of products from origin country, in case your merchandise is already shipped you will be liable to a penalty based of total purchase value.
