Offer a Job in Port Moresby,PNG

Hi there,

Got an offer to work in PNG with salary of USD 3,500( subject to PNG income tax), free accommodation with amenities and utilities are free and free service with gasoline. Is it a good offer considering the income tax and the cost of living in Port Morseby? What would be ideally? The company also gives me chance to go on vacation every year with free air ticket.

Hope you can help me to decide.
Thanks.
