From Spouce to Company - Iqama Transfer process

SalamOAlikum All,

Subject might sound repetitive as I have seen similar queries from other people but I think it varies case to case anyhow here is what I want to ask

I am on my wife's sponsor ship, she is a doctor in a Govt Hospital here in Jeddah, I am an IT professional and about to get a job offer, I want to know

1. Whether it is possible to transfer my IQAMA from my wife's sponsorship to possible new employer?

2. If yes than what exactly is the detailed process, I mean if someone has gone through the same phase can he guide me in?

3. Like what documents do I have to submit?

4. Most Importantly, do I have to get my academic and experience certificates stamped from Saudi embassy from country of my origin?
