Hi all,
I am currently having interview with a company in Malta and would like to learn the conditions for my partner. We are married for 1 year and if I accept the contract, would she also have the same rights for the work and residence permit?

At the discretion of the authorities she would probably be allowed to enjoy residency with you while your work permit is running but she would not be allowed to work in Malta. Work permits are always limited to one person and one job. Any change requires a new application.
She would have to apply for her own work permit if she finds a job and would be subject to approval depending on the job market conditions and so on.
