Jeddah municipality usually arranges some festivals during first three days (17,18 and 19):

also don't miss the shows in the tent circus world (acrobatic performances, and other shows) starts at 10pm from 18 july till 21 that will be in Obhur Al Shamaliah same place of folk performance.
