Life style in Bahrain

Dear Friends,
Recently I have a got an offer in Bahrain with a reputed company, and I would like to know how would be the normal living expenses(incl. Lodging and Boarding) for an individual who is staying with his family (2 members) having 1000BD salary including perks lime Medical and Insurance. Can any one suggest me that will this amount be sufficient to manage my monthly needs, considering a normal living style. My location of living is "Manama".

Firstly, thank you somuch for your prompt response. Let me be more precise on this that initially ill be single and i would like to be in a bachelor accomodation and after 1 yr i shall be married and then planning to bring my family. Now, my company has included all of my perks in my salary except medical and insurance as it shall be beared by them.

Now, as i mentioned that my life style is very simple and becoz im getting married i preffered this offer to settle my self at coast. But,will there be as u mentioned 500 bd for accomodation leaving no other alternative to look after a much more cheaper than this at manama. If so please guide me. Mostly accomodation is the only concern which is a bit costly as I see the same in oman too.

Regards,
Vinay
