How are you now ?
I been with finnish people and I noticed the finnish local cuisine macaroni casseroles or chicken with baby potatoes!
For my taste its okey the finnish cuisine but if I have choice I like Asian cuisine more spicy !

Since much of the Finnish cuisine is about the local fish and root vegetables, and I am not a fish person, nor do I like vegetables, I don't care too much for it. However, I do like the reindeer and mashed potatoes (meat and taters, yum!), plus reindeer on pizza. I have also learned to enjoy hevonen steaks (horse), which makes my sister threaten to disown me! 
My husband likes the Krulien pies stuffed with rice and topped with hard-boiled eggs, but they aren't my thing, either. I also like Finnish pancakes with fruit, or even savory with ham and cheese. The crepes are super easy to make, too!
