To be hnest havent ried much if it so far but
Kleftiko is gorgeous
Stifado is not bad
The suckling pig here is wonderful
Moussaka a traditional feast of flavour
there is local food called honey balls and another one which looks like a battered fat sausage and its stuffed with a herby mince meat they are very nice just cant recall the name of them.
Halloumi and Lounza is superb - i just love grilled Halloumi
and the cyprus potatoes are in my opinion the best potatoes in the world.
