Can someone enlighten about the car leasing scenario in Bahrain, in case the car gets damaged in an accident(in case it my fault or the other person's) what all charges will I have to endure?
Is it better to buy a car or lease, any suggestions where to buy used cars or lease new cars(with contact info if possible)?

I've never been a big fan of leasing but then there are tons of others who lease cars here. The only advantage of leasing (instead of renting) is that you usually get a brand new car.

If you rent, you are likely to get a used car unless you are lucky enough to have a new one at your rental place.

I do recommend buying if you are going to stay in Bahrain for at least 2 years. Then in the long run you are financially better off.

Finally, with regards to who pays what in case of an accident, I don't know the answer as I've never had an accident (thank God).
