Pls advice me.
I have an existing loan balance from samba bank.and from visa cc.
Im planning to resign/exit.My ESB is less than my oustanding loan balance.
My question is that will my company inform this bank about my exit?Will this bank collect all my ESB?
Eventhough its less than my loan balance...
Hoping for your advise pls.

Your company will ask you to submit clearance letter from Bank to release your ESB.
You must remember that there is one letter provided by your employer to bank , it was a guarantee that you can get the loan 
Company will not issue your exit / change sponsor till that time
