Loan from bank and you can go outside of Oman

I am thinking to get loan from bank but I heard if we take loan in Oman so we cannot go outside of Oman? I can understand this is for security issue but I just need more information regarding this matter. Anyone can help? Thanks

well u can go for holiday etc but if want to go preeminently then you have settle your loan first.

interest rate is very low.... u can check with your bank.
