Hi Chirstine,
There are a lot of things you can do for the weekend in Melbourne. It really depend on the time of the year.
For me in this Winter, we often visit Miss Marple in Dandenong Range to enjoy their famous scone with tea. The Tea Leaves is next door so you can buy some tea and tea accessories to bring home as a gift.
Sometimes, we just gather to enjoy a coffee and eat dinner in inner Melbourne
